As a Junior Estimator, you’ll work alongside experienced Estimators, Project Managers, and company leadership to learn the ins and outs of construction estimating and preconstruction. You’ll gain hands-on experience with quantity take-offs, subcontractor and supplier pricing, scope review, proposals, and bid strategy—all while contributing to projects that matter.
What You’ll Do
· Assist with preparing accurate, competitive estimates and proposals.
· Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to understand project scope.
· Perform detailed quantity take-offs for assigned trades and scopes.
· Help develop material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and supplier pricing.
· Solicit subcontractor and supplier bids and build strong trade-partner relationships.
· Review proposals for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements.
· Help identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and potential project risks.
· Develop clear scopes of work and maintain organized estimating documentation.
· Participate in bid reviews, pre-bid meetings, site visits, and preconstruction meetings.
· Support conceptual estimating using drawings, historical information, and available project data.
· Help prepare customer proposals and other bid documentation.
· Work closely with Project Managers to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to project execution.
· Review completed project results and job-cost information to understand estimating accuracy and construction costs.
· Continue developing your knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, technology, and industry best practices.

Keystruct Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the estimating and preconstruction process from opportunity through project handoff.
As a Senior Estimator, you’ll develop and coordinate estimates and proposals, establish project-specific strategies, work directly with clients and design professionals, and partner closely with Project Managers and leadership to position Keystruct for success.

What You’ll Do
Lead Estimating & Preconstruction
· Prepare and coordinate accurate, complete, and competitive estimates and proposals.
· Develop project-specific estimating strategies that give Keystruct a competitive advantage.
· Analyze drawings, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements to develop a complete understanding of scope.
· Perform and/or coordinate detailed quantity take-offs and pricing.
· Develop accurate conceptual estimates when limited or no bid documents are available.
· Develop complete and accurate scopes of work that reflect project requirements and estimate scope.
· Achieve adequate subcontractor and supplier coverage for each bid.
· Manage multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
· Maintain complete, accurate, and organized estimate files and supporting documentation.
Drive Project Strategy & Results
· Develop estimates and proposals that support company sales, volume, and margin goals.
· Identify opportunities, risks, scope gaps, and potential challenges before they impact the project.
· Help ensure project development aligns with design criteria, budget, schedule, and customer expectations.
· Review completed-project job costs and results to stay current with construction costs, market conditions, and industry trends.
Lead Design-Build & Preconstruction Efforts
· On design-build projects, coordinate the work of design professionals retained by the owner and Keystruct.
· Monitor design development, submission dates, approvals, and project costs.
· Help guide project development toward a successful outcome for both the customer and Keystruct.
· Schedule and participate in pre-construction meetings and other critical project meetings.
Build Strong Relationships
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals, and internal team members.
· Maintain a current network of qualified subcontractors and suppliers across trades, project sizes, and geographic markets.
· Participate as a key representative in client proposal presentations.
· Maintain open communication with Project Managers to ensure estimating information and project expectations transition smoothly into construction.
Collaborate & Lead
· Prepare and lead bid review meetings.
· Coordinate estimate and proposal reviews with the Pre-Construction Manager before customer submission.
· Work collaboratively with Project Managers, leadership, design professionals, and trade partners.
· Coordinate others in accomplishing estimating and preconstruction activities.
· Serve as a knowledgeable resource and leader throughout the preconstruction process.

We’re looking for a Superintendent to support our field operations with integrity and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. In this role, you’ll be responsible for organizing manpower, managing jobsite operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to motivate crews to get the job done right.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including labor and equipment needs.
· Work closely with the Project Manager to review scope, budget, timelines, and owner expectations.
· Create and maintain short-term lookahead schedules for manpower and material needs.
· Ensure crews and subcontractors clearly understand project requirements and contract scope.
· Supervise, train, and evaluate field personnel to maintain high performance standards.
· Act as the on-site point of contact for change orders, communicating promptly with the Project Manager and gathering key information for pricing.
· Monitor daily job site safety and cleanliness—lead by example and hold the team accountable.
· Perform daily walkthroughs to ensure quality control and production goals are met.
· Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of all company tools, vehicles, and jobsite conditions.
· Respond to incidents immediately and complete incident reports within 24 hours.
· Foster a positive, respectful job-site culture aligned with Keystruct’s core values.
· Perform additional duties as needed and uphold all company policies and procedures.
What You Bring to the Table:
· 5+ years of construction experience in a supervisory role or commercial/industrial general contracting.
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors.
· Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to clearly convey expectations and updates.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt as needed.
· Solid understanding of safety regulations and a demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety.
· Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and project management software.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
· Must be professional, ethical, and courteous at all times—representing Keystruct in every interaction.

· Maintain company tools and equipment and ensure workspaces are clean and safe.

What You Need:
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in carpentry (training or on-the-job experience)
· Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
